I’ve always been a writer, but it wasn’t until a couple of years ago when my writing became more focused around health and well-being. In 2016, I received my yoga teaching certification and that experience has fueled my passion for writing about health, wellness, mindfulness, and simplifying our lives. Through my writing, I hope to inspire others to live mindfully and with purpose.
